Last month, we exhibited our products in European market, the show was “CHILLVENTA 2014” which was held in Nuremberg, Germany October 14th to 16th,2014. Booth number was 4A-302. We promoted our products and business deal with large number of buyers, Visitors, HVAC&R related personals in the show time. At the first day, 13th October (1 day before exhibition), I attended the seminar of Heat Pumps: Challenges Markets Technology Research Applications. It was very important and significance for us because of our first step in EU Market. Before entering this marketplace we need to know the present situation of these products in EU and our products relation with those, and the next further strategy for how should we promote to make constant business in EU marketplace, it helps to create new business policy.
I personally realized very good to lead our company on that great marketplace and seminar. Heat Pumps demand is constantly growing in European Marketplace and Asian market as well. Most of peoples are realized the necessities of Heat pumps for their accommodation buildings and public building around the world. And another important purpose is to deduce energy consumption in industrial area.
14th October, Chillventa was started and large numbers of visitors, buyers, exhibitors, & HVAC&R related personals were busy in their point to deal. The large international involvement at Chillventa was particularly impressive. 56 % of the visitors and 67 % of the exhibitors come from abroad. More than 30,000 visitors represent over 110 countries throughout the world. Chillventa continues to set records and has improved all its exhibition parameters. “For the first time Chillventa has topped 30,000 trade visitors, an increase of 7 % compared with the exhibition in 2012, and attracted 984 exhibitors – 70 more than two years ago. These figures show the great commitment and confidence of Chillventa’s visitors and exhibitors. It is the key gathering of the national and international market players in the refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump segments,” says Richard Krowoza, Member of the Management Board at NürnbergMesse.
We had obtained some business appointment in 1st and 2nd exhibition day; the first appointment was with Thomas Dillig from eco2business, Germany. He is doing as contactor of sales agents worldwide, neither distributor nor sales agent. Only support between seller and buyer.
2nd day, 3 appointments we had. The first was with Enrique M. Bayona, fromTradex Consulting, a Spanish company dedicated to international trade & Digital Marketing.
IBEADA Co., GmbH & KG , our customer, was came to business deal of present purchased products and new business relationship. IBEDA is a gas flow meter parts and burner type’s machineries production company. It is Germany large company. Two honorable members, Mr.Thomas Menzenbach (Materials Management and Quality Manager ) and Technician Mr. Bernardy were participated in meeting.
Last appointment was with our next honorable customer from Walton Hi-Tech industries Ltd. Engr. Ashraful Ambia. He came to meeting with us for next business purpose. Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. is a manufacturer of HVAC&R machineries, motorbikes etc.

3rd day, we had visited to customer’s booth. DE.NA s.r.l was one of the most interested Company, who requested us quotation for 18 million pcs. per year products before go to the show. Mr. President Toru OSHIMA, Jetro cooperative member Mr. Oshawa and me visited them and discussed vastbusiness sector, specially about Production capacity, cost and delivery. And returned back 18th October.
Finally, Filters are very important parts of machineries. Chillventa was the accurate show for us where parts and components of HVAC&R are presented and this kind of show we can find easily our customer by looking their products whether filters are installed or not. CHILLVENTA was very great and successful show for us. Filters not only for filtering parts it protects directly and indirectly human health. Currently, Climate Change is becoming most important issues all over the world. It’s very complicated issue which can’t stop & reduce soon. We need to think less energy consumption for all industrial, commercial, and personal building as well as machineries. In this case very small parts can play most important. Thus, we are considering and manufacturing those filters which are demanded and required by machineries producer. Vantech has also involved in new innovative production of metal filter every year.

Well, Today, I want to describe our usual workflow report and special plan what is happening currently and what will going to happen within a month and further plan as well. It’s getting high temperature day by day up to 30 degree centigrade here in Tochigi Prefecture Japan from the starting of the June. People have changed their apparel for cooling their body. We, human body should have to encounter different kinds of natural fluctuation which has been occurring in this earth; whether, raining, snowing, storming, and shaking (earthquake), which happens unknowingly and horribly sometimes. We have to fight carefully for the safe way as a sensitive human or as a responsible of protector of whole. Old model, Intresting, paddle attached with Engine , Last week, We, Mr.& Mrs. President both and some Colleagues were visited Ashikaga Industrial University (足利工業大学) where Motorbike Expo and Jazz concert was held. There had different kinds of motorbike show like a bike exhibition, from the oldest to newest and modern motorbike around the world. I have seen different kinds of motorbike are running along the road, but that was my first experience to be participant and attendance at the exhibition. Let’s see some picture below which was taken.

Traffic Bike, Oldest and newest model … Various models of moterbike were presented, Most series were non Japan Made, i thought they might have imported from Europe and American Market. I hope these kinds of presentation help us to develop and modify to invent new kinds of products.
The most and special matter was My colleague Ms. Murakashi’s Jazz concert. I don’t know more about JAZZ but that was very perfect and fabulous music, She played Piano with keyboard attached. In Japan, this is the time of accurate weather for us which meets human creatures because it is neither cold nor hot season.It is Spring season, which Begins February or late January (mild temperate), March (cool temperate). Deciduous tree buds begin to swell. Migrating birds fly from winter to summer habitats etc. May be only in Japan, its special season called “The time of Hanami” which means ‘ Viewing Flower’ ,”花見”in Japanese. The flower Cherry is blooming around the park, roadside, house yard, around the company, hills and many more places where the scenery is very cute and mind blowing.

Here, I’d like to explain about HANAMI which is most important for those people who celebrates and become as a Festival; "Hanami" is the centuries-old practice of picnicking under a blooming Sakura or ume (Japanese apricot) tree. The custom is said to have started during the Nara Period (710–794) when it was ume blossoms that people admired in the beginning. But by the Heian Period (794–1185), cherry blossoms came to attract more attention andhanami was synonymous with sakura. From then on, in both waka and haiku,"flowers" (花 hana?) meant "cherry blossoms". The custom was originally limited to the elite of the Imperial Court, but soon spread to samurai society and, by the Edo period,to the common people as well. Under the sakura trees, people had lunch and drank sake(alcohol) in cheerful feasts. And nowadays, it became fashion for the people.

This year, January 21st to 23rd at New York became our first show and this was second. We are intended to expand our products to various types of manufacturing company who want to install filter into their machineries for stability and high level efficiency. A week ago, February 26th -28th 2014, 5th Processing and Technology Expo 2014 at Tokyo Big Sight, was held. Large number of Processing and Technology related parts were exhibited. More than 1500 company （including Japanese Foreign420 companies）,above 80000 person were attended from around the world .Eventually, 7000 and above exhibitors, included 2000 foreign, were participated. And 90 legislators and other visitrs,reps, VIP were come from different sector. There were thousands of Japanese and foreign exhibitors from different places. At the opening ceremony, the Regional president Asia north (Japan and South Korea) of Reed Expo Mr. Tad Ishizumi, and Ambassador to Japan from United States Ms. Caroline Kennedy was the representative on the behalf of foreign exhibitors’ was given speech. Reps above 90 personal from different place had been opened the show by cutting Red ribbon.
The company Reed Exhibition was startd in japan since 1986, it was led by Mr Tad Ishizumi since starting time, and under his leadership, the company has grown into the largest exhibition organizer in japan as well as South Korea with a portfolio of 94 exhibitions, most of which are leading events in their respective industries. In the Exhibiton, Most of visitors, who were came to our booth were doing inquiry to quote their required metal filter products for their machineries. Most of the exhibitors are from domestic company. Countable foreign reps were also visited our booth; Distributor, supplier and main manufacturer (Filter assemble to their machines) also visit to us. We always offer to our wishers, visitors, friends, and other reps please let us know your preferred products’ specification drawings. We are manufacturing customer regarded products for customers’ machineries’ solution.Customers’ first priority is our first obligation.

January 21-23 2014 at New York City, the world largest HVAC&R exposition was held. We were one of the exhibitor of that show, booth no 6926. Our products were presented as Vantech products for various types of filtration machineries. Our Exhibited products were Metal Filter.

, AHR EXPO (Air conditioning,Heating, Refrigerating Exposition) is held in different place every year around the United States of America. Last year AHR Expo 2013 was at Dallas and this year at New York. Our second experience realized that HVAC&R EXPO is the Largest and most comprehensive exposition in the world, thousands of attendees from all facets of the industry, contractors, engineers, dealers, distributors, wholesalers, OEMs, architects, builders, industrials plant operators, facility owners and managers, agents and reps were participated.
Despite of heavy snow falling, large numbers of visitors were attended at the show; -20 degree Celsius was the minimum temperature and complicated to move around the street. Unexpected snowy weather discouraged at the first to make perfect show but the real happened opposite, large numbers of people’s movement were seen around the Exhibition Hall. HVAC&R news journal Wrote that; According to Show organizer International Exposition Company, a total of over 61,000 attendees (43,000 visitors and 18,000 exhibitor personnel) registered for the 2014 AHR Expo. HVACR professionals from all 50 states and over 130 countries braved the elements to see the latest products and technologies on display from over 1,900 exhibiting companies from around the world. Pending verification, these figures make the 2014 AHR Expo the event with the highest registered attendance in the history of the exposition. “We were obviously very concerned when the weather forecast predicted there would be a snow storm on opening day and arctic cold the last two days of the Show,” said Clay Stevens, President of International Exposition Company, which produces and manages the AHR Expo. “However, we were encouraged when we saw thousands of people pouring into the Show as if the weather wasn’t even a factor.” But the last day was fewer than expected.

Large number of Japanese famous exhibitors (Mitsubishi, Daikin and many other company.), American, Canadian, Mexican, Chinese, Korean, European and many other worlds’ HVAC&R related personal were attended.
Our Metal Filter products for refrigeration parts, condensers, different Vehicles’ parts, compressors, lubricators, drainers, water faucets, and many other gas and liquid filtering machineries. Small size to big size, different shape, various proposal material used products were presented.
The show was held for 3 days constantly (January 21st to 23rd). Our booth was located at the edge of the center hall. Most of the neighbor exhibitors were Chinese and little number of American and Mexican. First and second days show was held 10 am to 6 pm but the last show was 10 am to 4 pm. We had a chance to deal various numbers of visitors and customers. Distributors form Europe, America Canada and Mexico were interested to make trade with our products and discussed on the table. World Largest HVAC&R Manufacturer Emerson, Mitsubishi, Daikin were interested and discussed with us. Most of the exhibited products such as compressors, accumulators, chillers, lubricators, heating and cooling measurement units were used metal filter that’s why we focused to deal with them at the time of last show, and distributed our company’s prospectus and catalog, also exchanged business card for further business relationship. Our main ambition to attend to these kinds of exhibition is to make face to face discuss on table even there won’t occurred any contradiction on real products while trading in the future.

Today, December 24, Christmas Eve is in the evening or entire day before Christmas day and widely celebrated as annual holiday around Christian and non-Christian people as an integral part of Christmas and holiday season. We can also see large number of Christmas tree around us; on the roadside, supermarket, and many places especially in the evening it’s very luminous and attractive. On the occasion of Christmas and before New Year concurrently we did party by gathering last weekend at Japanese Restaurant. Most of member were participated and enjoyed. Today I want to show and explain about our extra activities out of our work.
Every people needs to be extra and be avoid own self from the continuous working. As the same way, our company had took End-Year-Party, that’s called in Japanese “BOUNEN KAI””忘年会”. (The party which is performed at the end of year within all member, family and friends, and other relative person)

Last week, November 14 2013, we were gone to exhibits our products at Utsunomiya Plazza, Utsunomiya city. At least 193 local companies were participated with their own products. Our company president (社長) Mr. Toru Oshima, Colleague Hiroaki Tagiri and me Raju Sapkota were gone to exhibit our products. Many local small, middle and large manufacturer and assembler were come to exhibit their own products. Our Products, smallest size to bigger in different shape.
Our products for air conditioner, different parts of vehicles, various home appliances’ parts and water supply parts were also seen by different visitors. We persuaded visitors who were came to us, by describing our products characteristics, utilization and quality. We are small products manufacturer and supplier but very important for machineries stability, durability and quality production. Filters are very important parts for any kinds of machineries’ preservation and lifespan, which also closely interrelated with quality productions. Filters are used as purifier, condensers, and silencers as well as filtration for various machineries. We are not readymade products which can supply directly to customer in the market. We are parts of machineries, hence our customer are machineries producer and assemblers as well. And we are also customer basis manufacturer and supplier.

At Utsunomiya exhibition, different products such as; electrical, construction, pharmaceutical (except food related), designers, agricultural and many more manufacturer and supplier located in Tochigi Prefecture and foreign visitors were came to see. Different visitors were come from across the country and foreign country too. That was my first experience of being exhibitor in this kind of exhibition and very thankful to my President to give me chance to be exhibitors. I able to knew, products exhibition style, categorizations, utilizations and dealing method to customer. I saw, feel and practiced to make excellent and understandable to visitors who were come to us.
In current time, we are preparing to be prefect exhibitors at the world’s largest HVACR Exhibition which is going to held at New York, January 21st to 23rd 2014. We are practicing to make pefect show such as; new products innovation, customers’ acceptable and best Japanese technology. Finally we want to show and Persuade to make business partner by describing our technology and the processing which we are committed and adhered to make excellent products.
