CHILLVENTA 2014

Last month, we exhibited our products in European market, the show  was “CHILLVENTA 2014” which was held in Nuremberg, Germany October 14th to 16^th,2014. Booth number was 4A-302. We  promoted our products and business deal with large number of buyers, Visitors, HVAC&R related personals in the show time. At the first day, 13th October (1 day before exhibition), I attended the seminar of Heat Pumps: Challenges Markets Technology Research Applications. It was very important and significance for us because of our first step in EU Market. Before entering this marketplace we need to know the present situation of these products in EU and our products relation with those, and the next further strategy for how should we promote to make constant business in EU marketplace, it helps to create new business policy.  

  

I personally realized very good to lead our company on that great marketplace and seminar.  Heat Pumps demand is constantly growing in European Marketplace and Asian market as well. Most of peoples are realized the necessities of Heat pumps for their accommodation buildings and public building around the world. And another important purpose is to deduce energy consumption in industrial area.

  14^th October, Chillventa was started and large numbers of visitors, buyers, exhibitors, & HVAC&R related personals were busy in their point to deal. The large international involvement at Chillventa was particularly impressive. 56 % of the visitors and 67 % of the exhibitors come from abroad. More than 30,000 visitors represent over 110 countries throughout the world. Chillventa continues to set records and has improved all its exhibition parameters. “For the first time Chillventa has topped 30,000 trade visitors, an increase of 7 % compared with the exhibition in 2012, and attracted 984 exhibitors – 70 more than two years ago. These figures show the great commitment and confidence of Chillventa’s visitors and exhibitors. It is the key gathering of the national and international market players in the refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump segments,” says Richard Krowoza, Member of the Management Board at NürnbergMesse.

We had obtained some business appointment in 1^st and 2^nd exhibition day; the first appointment was with Thomas Dillig from eco2business, Germany. He is doing as contactor of sales agents worldwide, neither distributor nor sales agent. Only support between seller and buyer.

   

2^nd day, 3 appointments we had. The first was with Enrique M. Bayona, fromTradex Consulting, a Spanish company dedicated to international trade & Digital Marketing.

 

IBEADA Co., GmbH & KG , our customer, was came to business deal of present purchased products and new business relationship. IBEDA is a gas flow meter parts and burner type’s machineries production company. It is Germany large company. Two honorable members, Mr.Thomas Menzenbach (Materials Management and Quality Manager ) and Technician Mr. Bernardy were participated in meeting.

    

Last appointment was with our next honorable customer from Walton Hi-Tech industries Ltd. Engr. Ashraful Ambia. He came to meeting with us for next business purpose. Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. is a manufacturer of HVAC&R machineries, motorbikes etc.

3rd day, we had visited to customer’s booth. DE.NA s.r.l was one of the most interested Company, who requested us quotation for 18 million pcs. per year products before go to the show. Mr. President Toru OSHIMA, Jetro cooperative member Mr. Oshawa and me visited them and discussed vast　business sector, specially about Production capacity, cost and delivery. And returned back 18^th October.

Finally, Filters are very important parts of machineries. Chillventa was the accurate show for us where parts and components of HVAC&R are presented and this kind of show we can find easily our customer by looking their products whether filters are installed or not. CHILLVENTA was very great and successful show for us. Filters not only for filtering parts it protects directly and indirectly human health. Currently, Climate Change is becoming most important issues all over the world. It’s very complicated issue which can’t stop & reduce soon. We need to think less energy consumption for all industrial, commercial, and personal building as well as machineries. In this case very small parts can play most important. Thus, we are considering and manufacturing those filters which are demanded and required by machineries producer. Vantech has also involved in new innovative production of metal filter every year.

新しい機械を入れ替えしました

時代が変っていけば人も変わらなければならないと思います。
バンテックは世界に浸透して行くために、変化している時代について行けるよう、新しい機械の導入や従業員への勉強会などの社内活動を積極的に行っています。
現在社内では5Sについての勉強会を行っており、　「世界一の金属フィルター製造会社　バンテック」　に向けて様々な活動に取り組んでいます。

今回は社内情報を報告したいと思います。

洗浄機を更新することとなりました。
今回取り換えた新しい洗浄機についてご説明させていただきます。

今までの洗浄機より、早いスピードで清浄に製品を洗浄できるこの機械を株式会社クリンビー様より購入しました。
揺動回転しながら超音波、ベーパーで洗浄し、真空で急速乾燥できる非常に高性能な洗浄機です。

第一と第二ステップは超音波で洗浄し、第三ステップで減圧ベーパー洗浄と同時に真空乾燥を行います。ベーパー洗浄＋真空乾燥は真空中で行いますので、極めて安全性が高いシステムとなっています。
この新しく導入した洗浄機で、洗浄した製品をお客様へ提供します。

バンテックは、お客様へ高品質の製品を提供出来るよう、設備の更新や従業員の勉強会などを継続的に行っていきます。

MoterBike Expo and Jazz concert at Ashikaga University

 It’s getting high temperature day by day up to 30 degree centigrade here in Tochigi Prefecture Japan from the starting of the June. People have changed their apparel for cooling their body. We, human body should
have to encounter different kinds of natural fluctuation which has been occurring in this earth; whether, raining, snowing, storming, and shaking (earthquake), which happens unknowingly and horribly sometimes. We have to fight carefully for the safe way as a sensitive human or as a responsible of protector of whole. As a changeable season, different kinds of facilities are being inventing for the human relaxation.
  Today i want to talk about Moterbike which is mostly used in this season as fashion..!

Last week, We, Mr. & Mrs. President both and some Colleagues were visited Ashikaga Industrial University (足利工業大学) where Motorbike Expo and Jazz concert was held. There had different kinds of motorbike show like a bike exhibition, from the oldest to newest and modern motorbike around the world. I have seen different kinds of motorbike are running along the road, but that was my first experience to be participant and attendance at the exhibition.  Various models of moterbike were presented, Most series were non Japan Made, i thought they might have imported  from Europe and American Market. I hope these kinds of presentation help us to develop and modify to invent new kinds of products.

The most and special matter was My colleague Ms. Murakashi’s Jazz concert. I don’t know more about JAZZ but that was very perfect and fabulous music, She played Piano with keyboard attached. Specially, i had invieted to see her presentation and enjoyed too much with her music. 今年も春がやってきました！

春分の日も過ぎ、春真っ只中となりました

日がのびて寒さも和らぎ、とても過ごしやすくなりましたね。
この時期は縁側でひなたぼっこをしたくなります(笑)

今年もバンテックに新しい仲間が増えました。
笑顔がとってもかわいい明るい女の子です(♡^ω^)
とってもキラキラしています

みなさんも新入社員をみると、
「自分にもこんな時があったなぁ…」なんて思いませんか？
若さに負けず、私たちも初心に帰りギラギラと(笑)がんばっていきましょう(｀・∀・)!!

さて、今回は先日行われた歓迎会兼お花見の様子をUPします♪

そういえば皆さんはお花見の由来ってご存知ですか？？

最初は祓いのための宗教的行事だったそうです！
野山に出かけ花を愛で、その下で楽しむことで
厄を祓い神様と過ごすことを花見とされてきました。

その後奈良時代から平安時代になると、花をみながら歌を詠むことを
花見と呼び、この頃の万葉集には桜をテーマにした歌が多かったようです。
やはり平安時代は雅ですね～。

そして江戸時代になると庶民の間に広がり、娯楽として桜を見ながら
酒を酌み交わすという現代のスタイルになったそうです。

お花見も時代に合わせて変わっていったのですね。

バンテックでは部署間の隔たりをなくし様々な人と情報交換ができるように、
このような親睦会を年に何度か開催しています☆

HANAMI Party Celebration

 In Japan, this is the time of accurate weather for us which meets human creatures because it is neither cold nor hot season.It is Spring season, which Begins February or late January (mild temperate), March (cool temperate). Deciduous tree buds begin to swell. Migrating birds fly from winter to summer habitats etc.  May be only in Japan, its special season called “The time of Hanami” which means ‘ Viewing Flower’ ,”花見”in Japanese. The flower Cherry is blooming around the park, roadside, house yard, around the company, hills and many more places where the scenery is very cute and mind blowing.

   Here, I’d like to explain about HANAMI which is most important for those people who celebrates and become as a Festival; "Hanami" is the centuries-old practice of picnicking under a blooming Sakura or ume (Japanese apricot) tree. The custom is said to have started during the Nara Period (710–794) when it was ume blossoms that people admired in the beginning. But by the Heian Period (794–1185), cherry blossoms came to attract more attention andhanami was synonymous with sakura. From then on, in both waka and haiku,"flowers" (花 hana?) meant "cherry blossoms". The custom was originally limited to the elite of the Imperial Court, but soon spread to samurai society and, by the Edo period,to the common people as well. Under the sakura trees, people had lunch and drank sake(alcohol) in cheerful feasts. And nowadays, it became fashion for the people.

   As usual, we and our company member hadhold The HANAMI party at the restaurant, it meant for us to have got lots of enjoy and communicate each other within member about different sector. 11^th of this month, most of our member were took part at the party and enjoyed.

  Different kinds of party are being held in different season with variety within a year. These kind of party, gathering, get-together and different kinds of action within member are very helpful to demonstrate each other’s view and Interact of information. Mr. President is always concentrate to all to make easy environment to exchange owns view and information.
  We, Metal Filter manufacturer and supplying for different filtration purposes machineries and parts is interrelated to Climate change that mean we are committed to preserve eco cute system. Our Filters are used to purify air, Oil, water, sound and even light, these all kinds of visible and invisible things can purify by using filters.

Smart Energy Week 2014 Expo at Tokyo Big Sight

This is special moment for us to got chance to perform our products in different place for different customer. Either The World Largest HVAC&R Expo at New York or domestic organizer hosted International Exposition. we are meeting with various customer in various places, And demonstrate our products’ information to the different machineries’ producer.

This year, January 21st to 23rd at New York became our first show and this was second.
We are intended to expand our products to various types of manufacturing company who want to install filter into their machineries for stability and high level efficiency.
A week ago, February 26th -28th 2014, 5th Processing and Technology Expo 2014 at Tokyo Big Sight, was held. Large number of Processing and Technology related parts were exhibited. More than 1500 company （including Japanese Foreign420 companies）,above 80000 person were attended from around the world .Eventually, 7000 and above exhibitors, included 2000 foreign, were participated. And 90 legislators and other visitrs,reps, VIP were come from different sector. There were thousands of Japanese and foreign exhibitors from different places.
At the opening ceremony, the Regional president Asia north (Japan and South Korea) of Reed Expo Mr. Tad Ishizumi, and Ambassador to Japan from United States Ms. Caroline Kennedy was the representative on the behalf of foreign exhibitors’ was given speech. Reps above 90 personal from different place had been opened the show by cutting Red ribbon.

The company Reed Exhibition was startd in japan since 1986, it was led by Mr Tad Ishizumi since starting time, and under his leadership, the company has grown into the largest exhibition organizer in japan as well as South Korea with a portfolio of 94 exhibitions, most of which are leading events in their respective industries.
In the Exhibiton, Most of visitors, who were came to our booth were doing inquiry to quote their required metal filter products for their machineries. Most of the exhibitors are from domestic company. Countable foreign reps were also visited our booth; Distributor, supplier and main manufacturer (Filter assemble to their machines) also visit to us. We always offer to our wishers, visitors, friends, and other reps please let us know your preferred products’ specification drawings. We are manufacturing customer regarded products for customers’ machineries’ solution. Customers’ first priority is our first obligation.

Finally we are trying to make more perfect exposition than before by using gained experience from the different places. Now,We are realizing that customers main requirement on the filters specification which has provied us should be qualitative, sustainable, and durable etc. We always committed to provide precision, qualitative, reliable and customers meet products in short time with competiive cost.
