Last month, We had visited AHR Expo-Mexico 2015 which was held at Expo Guadalajara, Mexico. The show was held Oct. 20th to 22nd. This was our first Business trip to Latin American largest Marketplace of HVAC&R related Exposition.
AHR Expo-Mexico is same Expo of The world’s largest HVAC&R Exposition AHR Expo which has been held in different American cities every year but this is very smaller than AHR Expo America where at least 350 exhibitors has been participated.
We reached at Exhibition Venue 2nd day of show. it was my first visiting at Guadalajara at Mexico or in Latin American Cities. As my first thinking while i am at AHR Expo (World’s largest Marketplace) at different American cities, Mexico might have large numbers of small parts manufacturer for those brand makers participated in AHR Expo USA. I did not see real as my thought, it was different. I saw large numbers of Exhibitors are Distributors and branded makers.
Visiting booth and business discussing
We are seeking Metal filtering parts users in these kind of show . And discuss about business possibilities with related personals if available in booth. Our products are seen as ordinary parts but very important for machineries movement and stability. Filter only deserve machinery, then Machinery can only deserve production capacity for customer’s satisfaction in high quality.
After the show, on 23rd October, We had visited Guadalajara Technology park.
Area was seen too big but different kinds of Company had been constructing. I knew, More than 800 Japanese Companies including automobile makers have their factory in Mexico. But we did not see any Japanese Company around the Guadalajara nor in the Technology Park. Many of Japanese Car makers seem there around Mexico City.
The positive thing is that Mexico is being main Junction for American large manufacturer’s Exporter or Other foreigners because of transportation, manufacturing cost and delivery etc. We are also hoping to achieve our new aim to extend our company to any place of Mexico soon.
In 1997, Vantech had been firstly acquired ISO certification. International Organization for Standardization (ISO) is one of the Organization granted general Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and social council. Nearly twenty thousand standards have been set covering everything from manufactured products and technology to food safety, agriculture and healthcare.
Vantech has Constantly request to Bureau Veritas to verify our Industry to till But from this year another Company has been requested, Intertek did and it also the ISO certifier company same as the Bureau Veritas.
Most of our Products are inserted into Air conditioning parts use in Automobile, Building, and many other types of Machinery for solid, gas, oil purification system. Our main products are customer required types of Metal Filters & Strainers. Thus, customized products are made in high quality for our customers’ satisfactions and their machineries stability.

Last month we hav bought a new machine for bright annealing process.
It is constructed at our Tanuma plant, a few kilometers far from our main plant.
Bright annealing is an annealing process.
This reduce the oxidation surface and result into a clean and brighter surface. Moreover, it is better resistance in corrosion.

Our main weldings process are “spot welding” and “seam welding”.
When welding, the surface is oxidized. One of our customers were concerned about these oxidization. Therefore we proposed a solution of bright annealing.
Second participation in 2015, Domestic exhibition at Smart Energy Week 2015 was succesfully finished at Tokyo Big Sight. Show was held from February 25th to 27th last month.The World’s leading international B to B trade show for Smart Energy, from various field was significantly attended and successed, which is always hosted by Reed exhibition Japan.
It was very greatfull show for we kinds of components manufacturers suppliers.In the same Place in Smart Energy Expo, different kinds of innovative product has been exhibited. Within this the world larghest B to B Marketplace,Vantech has been covered in “The Processing and Technology Exposition” which was located at West hall, Booth no. W7-22.
This is only the Marketplace where directly cooperate with real customer, intertact and discuss on the table with real prodcuts. Let’s see some Picture below;
It’s first record in my History in Vantech, Co-workers were participating by exchanging every day at this Exposition. “Workers must have to know about the products what they are manufacturing, if they know the products usage in different way,new inovation could be explode” Toru Oshima Mr. President lecture every morning after Radio calisthenics. We have an idea, knowledge and know-how about what we are doing now but we need to know what is the demand of present market and near future.
I learnt importance of Metal Filters and its demand in world’s Market, up to till date participating in different Exhibition. Specially, Metal filters demand is increasing day by day all over the world, not only air conditioner or vehicles. Filters preserve the heart of mechinery, Filter save the movement of machineries , and it can only save the enviroment,these all are connected to Humanbody; therefore, Filters are interrelated with the humanlife too.

In January 26th to 28th, 2015, We had gone to product promotion in US marketplace. HVAC&R world largest Expo.
The show was held at Chicago at McCormick Place. This show AHR Expo has been held in different place of United States every year.Large numbers of Visitors, Exhibitors has been significantly attended.
Our show, at AHR 2015 was very great and successful. More over 8% attendees has increased than last show at New Work. Approximately 62,000 attendees from all over the world more than 140 countries, and at least 2100 exhibitors were participated.

We also promoted our products during the exhibition. Emerson, Danfoss, and many others world famous Compressor as well as HVAC&R Components manufacturers were attended. The exhibition Hall was separated into two sides North and South of McCormick Place.
Right picture is the Compressor of Emerson where at the Buttom Our Strainer is used. Specially our Metal Filters and strainers are used in this kinds of compressor and other purposes as well.
Our Next Exhibition will be at Tokyo Big sight, World Energy Week 2015 will be held February 25th to 27th.

Last week, from January 14th to 16th Automotive World 2015 Expo was held at Tokyo Big Sight, Tokyo.
Over 600 exhibitors were attended and promoted their products. This exposition was especially related to automotive parts and components. 21st century’s new innovative automobile and parts were presented from different exhibitors all over the world. AUTOMOTIVE WORLD attracts the vast amount of carmakers and parts suppliers as visitors who are eagerly looking for new suppliers worldwide. It is also support to promote technologies to Japanese,Asian automotive engineers and worldwide visitors .

Last month, we exhibited our products in European market, the show was “CHILLVENTA 2014” which was held in Nuremberg, Germany October 14th to 16th,2014. Booth number was 4A-302. We promoted our products and business deal with large number of buyers, Visitors, HVAC&R related personals in the show time. At the first day, 13th October (1 day before exhibition), I attended the seminar of Heat Pumps: Challenges Markets Technology Research Applications. It was very important and significance for us because of our first step in EU Market. Before entering this marketplace we need to know the present situation of these products in EU and our products relation with those, and the next further strategy for how should we promote to make constant business in EU marketplace, it helps to create new business policy.
I personally realized very good to lead our company on that great marketplace and seminar. Heat Pumps demand is constantly growing in European Marketplace and Asian market as well. Most of peoples are realized the necessities of Heat pumps for their accommodation buildings and public building around the world. And another important purpose is to deduce energy consumption in industrial area.
14th October, Chillventa was started and large numbers of visitors, buyers, exhibitors, & HVAC&R related personals were busy in their point to deal. The large international involvement at Chillventa was particularly impressive. 56 % of the visitors and 67 % of the exhibitors come from abroad. More than 30,000 visitors represent over 110 countries throughout the world. Chillventa continues to set records and has improved all its exhibition parameters. “For the first time Chillventa has topped 30,000 trade visitors, an increase of 7 % compared with the exhibition in 2012, and attracted 984 exhibitors – 70 more than two years ago. These figures show the great commitment and confidence of Chillventa’s visitors and exhibitors. It is the key gathering of the national and international market players in the refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pump segments,” says Richard Krowoza, Member of the Management Board at NürnbergMesse.
We had obtained some business appointment in 1st and 2nd exhibition day; the first appointment was with Thomas Dillig from eco2business, Germany. He is doing as contactor of sales agents worldwide, neither distributor nor sales agent. Only support between seller and buyer.
2nd day, 3 appointments we had. The first was with Enrique M. Bayona, fromTradex Consulting, a Spanish company dedicated to international trade & Digital Marketing.
IBEADA Co., GmbH & KG , our customer, was came to business deal of present purchased products and new business relationship. IBEDA is a gas flow meter parts and burner type’s machineries production company. It is Germany large company. Two honorable members, Mr.Thomas Menzenbach (Materials Management and Quality Manager ) and Technician Mr. Bernardy were participated in meeting.
Last appointment was with our next honorable customer from Walton Hi-Tech industries Ltd. Engr. Ashraful Ambia. He came to meeting with us for next business purpose. Walton Hi-Tech Industries Ltd. is a manufacturer of HVAC&R machineries, motorbikes etc.

3rd day, we had visited to customer’s booth. DE.NA s.r.l was one of the most interested Company, who requested us quotation for 18 million pcs. per year products before go to the show. Mr. President Toru OSHIMA, Jetro cooperative member Mr. Oshawa and me visited them and discussed vastbusiness sector, specially about Production capacity, cost and delivery. And returned back 18th October.
Finally, Filters are very important parts of machineries. Chillventa was the accurate show for us where parts and components of HVAC&R are presented and this kind of show we can find easily our customer by looking their products whether filters are installed or not. CHILLVENTA was very great and successful show for us. Filters not only for filtering parts it protects directly and indirectly human health. Currently, Climate Change is becoming most important issues all over the world. It’s very complicated issue which can’t stop & reduce soon. We need to think less energy consumption for all industrial, commercial, and personal building as well as machineries. In this case very small parts can play most important. Thus, we are considering and manufacturing those filters which are demanded and required by machineries producer. Vantech has also involved in new innovative production of metal filter every year.
